Choose Your First if you’re new to breathwork and want a guided, intentional introduction. This experience is designed with extra care and support, knowing that first sessions can feel powerful, unfamiliar, and deeply personal.

Choose Continue the Practice if breathwork is already part of your life and you’re ready to return again. These sessions are about consistency, regulation, and building a steady relationship with the practice over time.

All sessions are guided using holotropic breathwork principles and are offered online or in person. There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to get right, just show up as you are.
