Our Work
Everything we offer is rooted in holotropic breathwork, a powerful, experiential practice that helps people move out of their heads and back into their bodies.
This isn’t talk therapy.
This isn’t a yoga class.
And it’s definitely not a cult.
It’s a direct, embodied experience of presence, release, and regulation.
Holotropic breathwork creates the conditions for insight, emotional expression, and nervous system reset. What arises is different for everyone, but the common thread is the same: a felt sense of steadiness, clarity, and coming home to yourself.
How We Offer It
This is where the door opens.
There’s nothing quite like your first breathwork experience. That’s why we’ve created this as something distinct from a regular, ongoing practice. First experiences matter, and this one deserves care, intention, and space.
We know many people arrive feeling nervous, unsure, or even a little scared. So we slow it down. We bring extra attention, guidance, and thoughtfulness to help you feel supported from the moment you begin.
Through a guided breathwork experience—online or in person—you’re gently invited out of your head and back into your body. It can feel intense. It can feel emotional. Often, it feels deeply relieving. For many, it’s the first moment of true presence they’ve felt in a long time.
You never forget your first.
Your First
Private Session
A more personal container.
Private sessions offer a guided breathwork experience designed around you, your pace, your needs, your nervous system. These sessions can be held one-on-one, with a partner or couple, or in a small private group.
Working privately allows for more nuance. More space to listen. More room for what’s present to unfold without comparison or pressure. These sessions can be especially supportive during periods of transition, stress, grief, or when something feels hard to name but impossible to ignore.
The real magic happens in the return.
The effects often linger for about a week, until life pulls us back into familiar patterns.
The Practice is for those who want breathwork woven into their lives. For people who see it the same way they see eating well or moving their bodies: not as a quick fix, but as part of a rhythm that supports how they live.
This is more than showing up for a weekly class. It’s an ongoing relationship with yourself. A willingness to turn inward, build capacity, and be in community with others navigating stress, joy, uncertainty, momentum, and everything in between. You’re not here to fix yourself. You’re learning how to stay with yourself.
The Practice
“One breath can open the door. A practice helps you walk through it.”
